After having three kids I struggled for eight years with diastasis recti (DR) and had resigned myself to a lifetime of dealing with it.  Overwhelmed with the time commitment and unsure of what movements I could safely do, I rarely exercised. Rachael helped me understand the muscle groups involved in my DR and started me slowly and methodically toward fixing them. She also helped motivate me to start exercising multiple times a week, and did an amazing job progressing the workouts from short and low impact to longer and higher impact. I felt heard and understood.  My DR is successfully fixed, and exercising is now a fundamental part of my week. I feel stronger and more in control of my body than ever before. Rachael not only had the knowledge I needed, but she imparted it in a kind but motivating manner. It was an amazing experience working with her.

Rachael has encouraged me to strive for my fitness goals while loving myself along the way. After my 4th baby, I was really struggling with loving my body. I was developing an unhealthy relationship with the scale, and I’ve been a stress eater for most of my adult life. I’ve always been an avid gym goer, but I just didn’t love myself enough. Rachael’s encouragement has totally changed that. She’s not afraid to call me out and push me when I need it. I’ve since ditched the scale and have a better self awareness of my emotional eating. I’ve never been happier with my body and what it can do. It’s truly freeing. Rachael is such an advocate for self love and self care. I’m grateful that I can pass on this newfound healthy mindset to my children.
