1-2-1 Women's Gymless Personal Training

Want to improve your health, but you don’t have the time, confidence or childcare for the gym? Book 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions with The Wellbeing Mama. Sessions will fit around your schedule and can be done at your home, in the park or in a studio (for an extra charge). There are also options for small group sessions if you have friends who would like to join.

1-2-1 PT includes:

  • 1 hour free initial assessment (children welcome)
  • 1 hour exercise sessions
  • Tailored workouts for your body
  • Health coaching
  • Nutritional advice
